- Standard stripping Stripping section is used to strip finished product of any unwanted waste. Free passage of waste between steel or wooden elements of upper stripper and corresponding holes in the lower stripper is called standard stripping.
- Power stripping It is a very stable way of stripping without need of using lower stripping pins on the machine. Reduced holes in lower stripping, Esopik steel, pins with crowns and strippers are characteristic for power stripping. It puts more pressure on waste part of the board and causing removal of waste to be more effective.
- Strip clip This way of waste removal is based on steel stripping element installed on upper stripper working together with plastic element installed on lower stripper. Waste is trapped between elements which tightens it, waste is then stripped more effectively upon reelease. This solution makes stripping highly efficient with higher machine speed.
- Tele-Spring system
A solution that is dedicated to work with stripping section in case bent board. Thanks to additional Tele Spring presser we are able to achieve perfect synchronization between cutting die and stripping section which helps to remove waste more effectively. Tele Spring I most efficient when used to make cases for yogurt etc. - Reverse scoring Many packages have various types of perforations used to open it. Unfortunately perforation has its flaws, it leaves scraps of cardboard which has negative effect on overall aesthetics. Packaging with perforation is also susceptible to dust penetration. Solution for aesthetic and clean box, especially after its opened, is reverse Scoring. It is made up of scoring line mounted on the die and reverse scoring fixed on metal counter plate. This solution can be used effectively with both, corrugated and solid board. Depending on shape of reverse scoring it is possible to use tape with straight elements for simple shapes, or separately designed and produced elements for more complex types of packaging.
- Reverse Creasing This solution is used for packaging in which creasing has to press the board from both sides. In such case our customers are offered Reverse Creasing. On the cutting tool we mount two creasing lines which are going to hold the board, reverse crease is mounted on the steel counter plate. We are able to manufacture it from pertinax plate or form brass of any thickness and width, we can also use a standard reverse crease.
- Exchangable windows Small details are being increasingly important part of packaging. It is more common now that Customers are changing project details after cutting tool is produced. In order to save our customers money and time we have introduced exchangeable cutting elements that can be switched from one to another in just a few moments.
- Rezotex matrix It`s a plate made from composite material, with milled counter crease channels mirroring the shape of a blank. Rezotex pertinax main advantages are shorter set up times, compared to use of traditional counter creases, and a low price. All that`s required is to place pertinax on positioning pins and stick it to metal counter plate, now it`s ready for production.
