Aparece luz de fondo en el borde (el efecto halo), llenado de granulaci\u00f3n, problemas con textos negativos.<\/p>\n<p>Para mejorar la capacidad de impresi\u00f3n de estos elementos, la empresa ArtWork aplic\u00f3 en su rip la posibilidad de la irradiaci\u00f3n en pol\u00edmero una amplia gama de &#8220;patrones&#8221;<br \/>\nque corresponden aproximadamente a la estructura del rodillo anilox. La estructura se selecciona bas\u00e1ndose en una prueba de impresi\u00f3n de una separaci\u00f3n con diferentes<br \/>\naniloxes y tras una analisis guardamos los par\u00e1metros de &#8220;patterning&#8221; asociado con el anilox.<\/p>\n<p>Logramos una distribuci\u00f3n uniforme de la tinta en las superficies s\u00f3lidas, reducci\u00f3n del &#8220;efecto halo&#8221; y mejora de la legibilidad de textos, tanto positivos como negativos.<br \/>\nLamentablemente despu\u00e9s de aplicar Plate Cell Patterning en la forma de impresi\u00f3n, el cambio de anilox es limitado; puede dar lugar a moira.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pruebas Plate Cell Patterning Plate Cell Patterning &#8211; rodillo de trama sobre la forma de impresi\u00f3n.
