{"id":14546,"date":"2020-12-08T13:00:42","date_gmt":"2020-12-08T12:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chespa.eu\/?page_id=14546"},"modified":"2020-12-10T09:46:59","modified_gmt":"2020-12-10T08:46:59","slug":"14546-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.chespa.eu\/en\/14546-2\/","title":{"rendered":"GARAM MASALA CHICKEN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg. chicken fillets<\/li>\n<li>1 a large package of cream 18% (400ml.)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd half a bunch of dill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Marinate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 teaspoon of garam masala seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of curry seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of hot peppers<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of soil<\/li>\n<li>half a teaspoon of ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped or squeezed through a press)<\/li>\n<li>4 teaspoons of vegetable oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preparation:<\/p>\n<p>Clean the chicken fillets, rub them in a paper towel, cut into medium cubes.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the marinade ingredients.<br \/>\nCoat the chicken pieces in the marinade thoroughly so that each piece of chicken is covered with the spices.<br \/>\nPut in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours, preferably overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat a deep pan and toss the chicken on it.<br \/>\nFry on all sides over high heat.
