Quality Policy


We are a leading Company in Poland that provides highest quality products and services for packaging printers. We have a vast experience in selling printing inks and coatings, photopolymer printing forms, flatbed and rotary dies and other materials for flexographic, offset and rotogravure printing.

The main goal of our Company is to become the largest and most reliable branch supplier in the domestic market. We can achieve the goal by increasing trust among our customers and gaining new markets and recipients. Taking into account continued development of our Company, we enlarge our trading area beyond national borders in order to pursue constant increase in sales and achieve stable position in the European market.

Our strategic objective:

„Steady and consistent pursuing perfection in business operation in order to achieve full satisfaction of a Customer through providing highest quality products and services”.

We acknowledge that implementation of our strategy is chiefly associated with the sales of top quality products that meet requirements, needs and expectations of our Customers.

Our Quality System is focused on controlling products and services sold by our company, and customising them according to demands of our Customers and other interested parties.

The basic element of our activity in order to offer top quality products and services is to minimise the defects, complaints and errors and to continuously improve the organisational processes, what will result in a full satisfaction of our Customers.

Out of concern of our services’ quality we shall cooperate only with tried and reliable suppliers, because final result of our product and service is determined by quality of supply.  In order to provide top quality products, our suppliers are also required to deliver products that fully meet the requirements of our Company as well as our Customers.

Quality Policy in our Company is implemented on the understanding that not only the Board but also each employee is obliged to take action to ensure quality.

In order to achieve our goal we shall:

  • refine quality of our products,
  • improve qualifications and competencies of employees,
  • deliver products on time according to the requirements of our Customers,
  • maintain cost-competitiveness,
  • continuously improve Quality Management System,
  • extend a product range,
  • fulfill requirements of Customers and other interested parties.


Measurable effects of such actions:

  • satisfaction of Customers, employees,
  • good economic and financial standing of Company.
