Tele-Spring System

One of the problems faced by our customers in the production of cardboard packaging is its “curvature”. To overcome this problem, we have introduced the Tele-Spring system and patented its telescopic element. The idea is to use an extra plywood on the male station, reflecting the shape of the waste and mounted on a special telescopic elements. During the cut, this additional plywood holds (evens) form and the stripping elements at the station eliminate the waste. The system is applicable in the motives with a multitude of holes (yoghurt trays etc.) and in cutting dies with many ups.
