As always, it includes <u>kopiorama<\/u>, processor to treat the plates, dryer and final exposure unit. However, each of these devices has the latest technology for the production of photopolymer printing plates. This time the <u>kopiorama<\/u> has so-called \u201c<u>cooled<\/u> table\u201d where reduced temperature stabilizes monomer that is not subject to stress during UV polymerization.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the washout processor has been upgraded \u2013 extra section \u2013 making the treatment process more delicate as the plate stays shorter time in the solvent.<br \/>\nAdditional ventilation systems in the dryer ensure more uniform temperature distribution, which improves the structure and stability of photopolymer printing plates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Next production line Cyrel 3000 of the largest format was installed.
