The tubes were printed using Chespa plates and ink intended for lamination (obverse print on a PP foil laminate with a PE substrate giving the shape of the tube using the QFlex® technology from „Grupa 3 Druk / Qtubes“).
QiuviFlex AC ink series
Printing on PP/PE laminate using the highly flexible primer QiuviPrimer FX UV PP, which ensures excellent adhesion of the inks layer to the substrate and at the same time guarantees the durability of the print even after intensive use of the tube. The graphics were printed with the standard QiuviFlex AC flexographic ink series cured with UV radiation.
To obtain special effects, the following were used: QiuviLack FX Pearl Opaque White, giving a delicate pearl effect, and QiuviLack FX Transparent Fluorescent Gloss, a transparent varnish visible under UV light.
The highly flexible QiuviPrimer FX cold stamp glue was also used for cold stamping technology. In addition to its adhesive function, which allows for precise reproduction of the transferred foil, it also guarantees excellent adhesion of the CS foil to the substrate.
The print was protected with a high-gloss QiuviLack FX High reactive High Gloss topcoat.
